Member Success Program (MSP) 2.0
It's Not Just For New Members!

MSP, (Member Success Program), is a three hour training
session offered once a month, at various times and
places in the Outer Boroughs Region to new BNI Members
and veteran members. MSP 2.0 was launched in
February 2007 and
includes new and expanded topics and include a brand-new,
revised MSP Manual (pictured here).

You will receive a BNI
Member's Manual, the book Giver's Gain, other material complete with many tools that you can use on an
ongoing basis.
Per BNI Policy
#19, New members must
attend MSP within their first 60
days of membership.
Existing Members who return
to MSP on their own for a "refresher" will be entitled
to a removal of 1 absence from their yearly record. (Returning
members must bring their MSP member manual).
Registration
is required to attend MSP and must be done two
business days
before the scheduled MSP. NO WALK-INS!
Cost for MSP is
paid by the member attending and includes all materials,
room use and meal (even if they do not eat). Fees are charged
regardless if you eat or not as the venues charge on a
per-person basis. Members are responsible for
paying their own MSP fees. (Cash preferred, checks
payable to BNI accepted, no credit/debit cards at the location).
Fees are non-refundable. If a member misses
their scheduled session, they will have a credit towards
another session held that month or the month following
their original scheduled session.
There are no
refunds for “no-shows”who have pre-paid. Anyone who
indicates that they will pay at the event will be
charged by their chapter in case of a “no-show".
BNI members from other regions are welcome to
attend but must get permission from their local Director
and must pre-register.
